Josh Larkin

Josh Larkin is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in lab data management and cross-functional coordination. Currently serving as Program Manager 2 at Fred Hutch since November 2019, Josh has demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket, and has played a pivotal role in planning, tracking, and reporting on multiple high-stakes projects. Prior roles at the Allen Institute for Brain Science included Research Associate III, where responsibilities encompassed supervising teams and managing deliverables under tight deadlines. Josh holds a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience from The University of British Columbia and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington, further complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Comparative Religion. Additionally, Josh serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Hutch Kids Early Learning Center.
