Lara Kropp

Lara Kropp is a seasoned professional in the field of cell therapy and biologics, currently serving as the Director of Technical Product Management at Fred Hutch since January 2015. In this role, Lara manages a portfolio of cell therapy products throughout their lifecycle for phase I/II clinical trials, with a focus on CAR T and TCR technologies for treating blood and solid cancers. Lara's previous positions at Fred Hutch include Technical Product Manager and CMC Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls processes. Lara began a career in the medical field as a Research Laboratory Technician III in the Greenberg Lab, focusing on translational TCR immunotherapy development. Prior experience includes volunteering as a Research Assistant in immunology at the University of Washington. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and a Certificate in Biotechnology Project Management from the University of Washington, as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Bellevue College.
