Sonali R. Mishra

Sonali R. Mishra, PhD, is a seasoned Principal User Experience Researcher at Fred Hutch as of March 2024, specializing in UX research within the Data Science Lab. Prior experience includes serving as a UX/Digital Health Researcher at the University of Michigan, where efforts focused on engaging with mobile health systems for behavior change related to blood pressure management. Sonali has also worked as a User Experience Researcher at the University of Washington, leading UX research for research administration systems, and as a User-Centered Design Research Fellow for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, conducting research on PTSD tele-therapy. With a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Washington and an MSI in HCI from the University of Michigan, Sonali has a strong foundation in user experience, having conducted research across various settings, including healthcare and academic institutions, and has held multiple internships and research roles in the field.
