Nikota Laumann is a motivated individual currently pursuing a degree in Management at Penn State University, expected to graduate in 2024. Serving as the Director of Membership for Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda since January 2020, Nikota is one of nine executive board members responsible for maintaining an accurate credit tracking system and addressing membership issues. Additionally, Nikota holds leadership roles in THON as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair and participates in the Dancer Relations Committee. Experience includes building supervision at Penn State University and active membership in Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. Previous positions include a Business Development Fellowship at BluShark Digital and roles in food service and retail. Nikota graduated from Wakefield High School in June 2020.
