Paolo Ceccarelli

Paolo Ceccarelli has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Head of Operations at FREENOW since September 2018, previously holding roles as Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Customer Care Manager. Prior to this, Paolo worked at SELLBYTEL Group Spain from September 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included leading as Google Hardware Care Quality Supervisor and BU Team Manager for EMEA, in addition to serving as a Google gTECH Quality Analyst and Team Leader for Italy. Educationally, Paolo obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona between 2018 and 2020.
