Elmi Idrissov

Elmi Idrissov currently serves as the Head of IT Architecture and Strategy at Freedom Finance since November 2022. Prior to this role, Elmi held the position of Director of IT Development Department at Halyk Global Markets JSC from October 2021 to October 2022. Elmi's extensive career at Kcell JSC spanned from March 2005 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading the IT-Platforms group, managing the IP Core Network Group, and serving as both a Leading Engineer and Senior Engineer in various technical roles. Elmi holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, completed in 2004.
