Debbie Busch

Debbie Busch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and photography industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Analyst at Freedom Mortgage since June 2012, Debbie audits various loan types including FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA. Prior to this role, Debbie owned and operated Debbie James Photography, providing comprehensive photography services while managing all aspects of the business from client acquisition to financial record keeping. Debbie also has a background in education as a Paraprofessional in the Oswego Community Unit School District, supporting elementary students. Early in the career, Debbie worked in underwriting roles at MGIC and Sears Mortgage Corporation, focusing on assessing credit and property risk for mortgage loans. Debbie holds an Associate degree in Applied Science-Photography from the College of DuPage and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.
