Ryan Sterling has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Vice President, Support Services at FreedomPay since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Technical Support at the same company from June 2016 to November 2022.
Before joining FreedomPay, Ryan worked at Oracle as a Consulting Implementation Manager from May 2015 to June 2016 and as a Senior Implementation Specialist from September 2011 to June 2016.
Ryan also has experience in the hospitality industry, having served as the General Manager at Max Brenner from April 2010 to May 2011. Ryan was also a General Manager at Yard House Restaurants from February 2007 to December 2008, where they achieved significant accomplishments such as being promoted to General Manager within 6 months and achieving high sales and profitability.
Prior to their roles in the hospitality industry, Ryan worked as an Assistant General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2001 to February 2007 and as a Restaurant Manager at Warner Brothers Stage 16 Restaurant from January 1999 to January 2001.
In addition to their hospitality background, Ryan has held various positions in other industries. Ryan served as the Chairperson of Nevada Broadcasters Association from January 1998 to January 1999. Ryan also worked as a Product Development Chef at Perspectives/The Consulting Group, Inc from January 1997 to January 1998, where they were responsible for developing new food concepts for major companies.
Ryan's career started as a Line Cook at The Classroom Restaurant from January 1996 to January 1997. Overall, their experience encompasses leadership, management, and customer support roles in the technology, hospitality, and consulting sectors.
Ryan Sterling attended the University of Nevada from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration & Food Service Management. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1995, they attended the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, where they pursued a degree in Culinary arts.
