Rachna Khare

Rachna Khare currently serves as the VP of Communications and Marketing at FreeFrom, a role commenced in May 2024, where the focus is on addressing intimate partner violence as a structural economic issue. Previously, Rachna was the Executive Director at Daya Houston from August 2016 to May 2024, empowering South Asian survivors of domestic and sexual violence. Other notable positions include Executive Director for Rice 360°: Institute for Global Health from 2013 to 2016, Development Manager at The Early Childhood Initiatives Center from 2012 to 2014, and various roles at Rice University and The Mount Sinai Hospital, enhancing research and organizational development initiatives. Rachna holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2004.
