Charan Randhawa

Charan Randhawa serves as the Vice President of Data Analytics & Strategy at Freeman Company since December 2024, following a successful tenure at At Home Group Inc. where roles included Vice President of Data Analytics & Pricing Strategy and Vice President of Business Analytics and Strategy. Expertise encompasses leading data analytics teams, performing complex analytics for strategic decision-making, and developing innovative models to optimize inventory and sales. Previous positions include directing capital budgeting and franchise finance at Fossil and Pizza Hut, as well as providing advanced financial analysis in various roles. Charan holds an MBA in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, an Applied Business Analytics certification from MIT Sloan, and a Ph.D. in Physics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
