Katie Neal

Katie Neal, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and employee engagement, currently serving as Senior Employee Experience Manager at Freeman Company since November 2014. In this role, Katie supports the Director of Employee Experience in implementing programs aimed at fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing workforce engagement, utilizing data analytics and employee feedback. Previous positions at Freeman Company include Project Manager roles focusing on HR operations and employee communication, as well as an administration role for leave of absence and accommodations under ADA. Prior to Freeman Company, Katie worked as an HR Generalist at Therapy 2000, where responsibilities included managing HRIS, benefits administration, and workforce training. Early career experience includes roles at Bank of America and HealthSouth. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Human Resources from The University of Texas at Arlington.
