Stephanie Hart

Stephanie Hart serves as SVP - Deputy General Counsel at Freeman Company since May 2017, contributing to the organization’s reputation as the world's leading brand experience company. Concurrently, since January 2016, Stephanie leads Hart Legal & Compliance Solutions, offering legal and consulting services focused on labor and employment law. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kaplan, where various leadership positions were held, including Vice President International Labor & Employment & Compliance, overseeing global labor matters. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Attorney at BASF, Senior Associate at Carpenter, Bennett & Morrisey, and Senior Associate at Rexon, Freedman, Klepetar & Hambleton. Stephanie holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a BA in History from UCLA.
