G Parker Flowers

G Parker Flowers is a Senior Scientist and Manager at Freenome since May 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Scientist at Guardant Health from January 2021 to May 2022, focusing on technology development. Previously, G Parker Flowers spent several years at Yale University, serving as both Associate Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow, where research concentrated on the molecular basis of limb regeneration in salamanders and achieving the first demonstration of CRISPR-based mutagenesis in axolotls for lineage tracing using Next Generation Sequencing. Additionally, G Parker Flowers developed an undergraduate biology laboratory course titled "Nucleic Acids Laboratory," emphasizing CRISPR/Cas components. G Parker Flowers holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University.
