Jackie Chan

Jackie Chan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Freenome since 2020, Jackie has a strong background in reagent development, quality control, and product development. Prior to Freenome, Jackie held the position of Senior Scientist I at Exact Sciences, where contributions included leading the development of on-cartridge reagents for the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score IVD assay and validating manufacturing processes. Jackie's earlier experience as Scientist II at Abcam involved the successful launch of over 120 monoclonal antibodies for cancer diagnostics. Jackie began a research career as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Stanford University School of Medicine, focusing on therapeutic mechanisms related to non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Jackie obtained a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology and a BS in Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Davis.
