David Marino

David Marino, CPC, currently serves as a Senior/PR Communications Specialist at Freese and Nichols since February 2023. Prior to this role, David was the Communications & Outreach Manager for the Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District from March 2021 to February 2023. David's extensive experience in communications includes serving as the Director of Communications and Public Information Officer for the City of Buda, Texas between November 2018 and March 2021. Additional roles include Senior Producer at TWC News Austin, Anchor and News Director at KWES-TV, and Freelance Reporter at KABB-TV. David has a solid foundation in journalism with previous positions as Reporter/Fill-in Anchor at KVOA-TV and Reporter at KWES-TV, alongside a background as Anchor/Reporter at KTSA Radio. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Angelo State University, which was attended from 1996 to 1998.
