Michelle Dorsey

Michelle Dorsey began their work experience as an Electrical Intern at Carter & Burgess in 1998. From 1999 to 2011, they worked at Jacobs Engineering as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on designing and drafting lighting and power distribution for construction projects, particularly in warehouse distribution and retail stores. Michelle also served as the Electrical Designer Lead for the development and maintenance of electrical design prototypes for over 100 Kool Smiles dental clinics nationwide. In 2012, they briefly worked as an Electrical Engineer at Foster CM Group. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Electrical Designer at RWB Consulting Engineers. Michelle currently works as an Electrical Designer in the Facilities Group at Freese and Nichols, starting in 2018.

Michelle Dorsey completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Louisiana State University between 1993 and 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Management, specifically an MBA, at Amberton University from 2004 to 2006.
