Paul Matthews is an experienced manager in Customer Success, currently establishing the department at Freespace since July 2024, focusing on effective processes and customer outcomes. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Smart Communications from March 2004 to April 2024, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Global Support Manager. Earlier in Paul’s career, roles included Support & Test Engineer at Advanced Visual Technology and QA Analyst at Schlumbergersema Inc. Paul holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of South Wales, earned between 1994 and 1999.
