Matthew Wells

Matthew Wells possesses extensive experience in financial leadership roles, holding positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Freestar and Jukin Media, as well as Head of Corporate Development. Additionally, Matthew has served in M&A advisory and interim C-level roles at Aprecia, and co-founded XTAL, where Matthew also assumed the role of CEO. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Advanced Environmental. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University.
