Jingwen Wang

Jingwen Wang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing HR services and operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR for FreeWheel, Jingwen is responsible for HR Services, Compensation and Benefits, global mobility, employee relations, compliance, and HR technology, specifically for employees in China and Singapore. Prior experience includes roles at HomeLink Real Estate and Sony Mobile Communications, where Jingwen led HR shared services and managed complex payroll systems across numerous legal entities in the Asia-Pacific region. Jingwen holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language and Literature from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
