Alicia Blessing has worked in various marketing and communications roles since 2008. Alicia began their career as a College Relations Assistant at Goodyear in 2008, followed by a role as a Client Service Account Executive at BrandMuscle in 2009. In 2010, they began working as a Communications Manager for the Cleveland Plus Campaign at Team NEO, where they stayed until 2016, when they were promoted to Director of Digital Marketing. In 2019, they held two roles simultaneously, Content Lead at Gestalt IT and Content Manager at Seamless.AI. Alicia is currently employed at OuterBox, Inc. as an Email Marketing Manager and Internal Marketing Manager, and will begin working as a Marketing Automation Manager at FreeWill in 2022.

Alicia Blessing has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Media from Ohio University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008.
