Amias Gerety

Amias Gerety is a prominent finance professional currently serving as a Partner at QED Investors since June 2017. Gerety holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at Footprint, Kudos, Atomic Invest, Treasury Prime, and Ocrolus, as well as Board Observer at FreeWill. Previously, Gerety held various roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from January 2009 to January 2017, including Acting Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions, and was nominated to that position by President Barack Obama. Prior experience includes consulting at Oliver Wyman and research at the Center for American Progress. Gerety earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies from Harvard University in 2002.
