Kosoluchukwu Ilechukwu is an experienced Scrum Master and Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and project execution. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Sterling Bank since April 2024, Kosoluchukwu facilitates communication and collaboration among backend engineers to enhance workflow. In addition, as Project Manager and General Operations Manager at FreexiT Technologies, Kosoluchukwu has successfully led the development and launch of a logistics application while managing project scope and team dynamics. Previous roles include Scrum Master Intern at Regnum Technologies and Project Manager at Pisti Farm, where Kosoluchukwu significantly increased farm productivity through effective project oversight. Educated at Bowen University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Kosoluchukwu is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across teams.
