Loek van Winden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Northern Europe at Fremantle since April 2024. Prior to this role, Loek held various significant positions, including interim HR professional at HRlem, and CTO NORDICS & Director of Talent Development at Publicis Groupe, where responsibility included overseeing Talent Development & Culture initiatives for the Netherlands and Belgium. Loek also contributed to PPHE Hotel Group as Director of Talent & Learning and to Hudson's Bay Nederland as Head of People Development & Culture. With a strong foundation in HR, having worked in numerous roles including HR Business Partner at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Loek has a diverse background in talent development, recruitment, and organizational culture. Loek's educational credentials include a BBA in Facility Management and various certificates from prestigious institutions such as Vlerick Business School and De BAAK.
