In 2006, they joined Maryville University as an Instructional Designer and eventually became the Assistant Director of Learning Design and Technology. In 2012, they joined Stanford Graduate School of Business, where they held various roles including Sr. Instructional Designer, Associate Director of Learning Design and Development, and Director of Learning Design & Technology. In 2021, they joined Applied Materials as the Head of Learning and Strategy.
