Michael Dachs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael started their career as a Pre-Law Clerk for the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County Division in 2007. Michael then interned at Bechtel in various capacities, including in the General Counsel's Office and in Subcontracts Administration. In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at Santa Clara University, focusing on employment law. Continuing at Bechtel, they took on roles such as Counsel and Contracts Administrator before joining Bechtel Power Corporation as a Field Subcontracts Manager. Michael then moved to Bechtel Corporation, where they held positions such as Subcontracts Operations Manager and Deputy Delivery Manager. In 2016, Michael founded Spaniel Properties LLC & Spaniel Commercial Properties LLC. Michael then joined In-Shape Health Clubs as a Strategist - Special Projects. Currently, they are working at Fremont Group as the Vice President of Business Operations and has also served as the Vice President - FPH.

Michael Dachs attended The Thacher School from 1999 to 2003, where they did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Michael then enrolled in Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Michael furthered their education at the Santa Clara University School of Law from 2008 to 2011, obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree with a focus on Law. Recently, in the year 2022, they completed the Advanced Management Program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
