Anika Grant

Anika Grant possesses extensive experience in human resources and board advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for People and Culture at Frenchfounders since March 2024, and as a Board Advisor for Ecosystm and AwanTunai from late 2019, Anika has previously held prominent positions such as Chief People Officer at Ubisoft from April 2021 to March 2024, and Global HR Director for Markets at Dyson between January 2020 and March 2021. Anika’s tenure at Uber from September 2016 to December 2019 included leadership of the global HR team for ridesharing and other business units, while at Accenture from 2002 to August 2016, Anika was HR lead for the Asia-Pacific region and spearheaded talent architecture initiatives. Anika holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from UNSW.
