Johnny Farr is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and managing product strategies. Currently serving as the Product Design Manager for Payments and Client Billing at FreshBooks, Johnny has a strong focus on helping business owners worldwide through impactful design. Previous roles include Product Design Lead at Questrade Financial Group, UX Lead at KAR Global, and Founder & Product Design Lead at NaturoSites, where Johnny oversaw various successful projects and cross-functional teams. Additional experience includes positions at Young & Rubicam Group, SPARK Marketing, WSI Digital Marketing, and Bell Canada, highlighting a well-rounded background in both design leadership and business acumen. Johnny holds an Honours B.B.A. in Business Administration from Trent University, along with degrees in User Experience Design and Account Management.
