Candace Larson

Candace Larson's work experience starts in 2014 as a Junior Visual Designer at Broadcom, where they provided assistance to different projects, communicated with engineers, and updated web and print materials. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Lead Visual Designer at RAJ Swim, creating digital assets for their brands and assisting in email campaigns and website features. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Visual Designer at Carbon2Cobalt, focusing on user experience through email campaigns and website design. Currently, they are a Visual Designer at FreshRealm, where they create digital and print assets for marketing purposes.

Candace Larson completed their high school education by obtaining a diploma in General Studies from Olympia High School, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. After high school, they attended Chapman University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 2012, they also pursued a minor in Humanities at the University of Cape Town for a brief period.

In addition to their formal education, Candace has obtained several certifications. In October 2016, they completed the "UX Design Techniques: Overview" certification through LinkedIn. More recently, they have acquired various certifications in the field of User Experience (UX) Design. These include "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" in December 2022, "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" in January 2023, "Figma Essential Training: The Basics" in January 2023, and "Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes" in March 2023.
