Raymond Croubalian currently serves as the Director of Franchise Development and Operations at Freshslice Pizza since November 2023. Previously, Croubalian held the position of Executive Vice President/Advisor at Les Cafés VP, where responsibilities included overseeing a restaurant company with over 100 units across Quebec and Ontario. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director (CEO) at M3 Hospitality Investments specializing in upscale restaurant acquisitions, and as VP Operations & Business Development at ESBG, focusing on boutique hotel investments. Croubalian also held significant roles such as Managing Director of Operations at International Airport Food Services, VP Operations & Development at MRG Restaurant Group, and Vice President Operations at Café Supreme Canada Inc., where Croubalian expanded the franchise system nationally. Croubalian began a career in the restaurant industry as District Manager for Pentagram Corporation in Japan. Croubalian earned a BBA in Finance & Managerial Economics from McGill University.
