Shyam Vaidya

Shyam Vaidya is a Jr. Executive in Quality Assurance at FreshToHome since March 2022, responsible for sensory analysis of raw materials and finished products, vendor audits, and implementing food safety standards. Shyam conducts employee training on food safety and maintains documentation related to complaints and deviations. Prior to this role, Shyam worked as a Production Engineer at Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited, a leader in Non-GMO maize processing, focusing on products such as corn starch and its derivatives. Shyam holds a B.Tech in Food Technology from the Queens College of Food Technology and Research Foundation, completed in 2020.
