Jayne Gonzalez

Jayne Gonzalez is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, and marketing communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications at Freshworks since June 2021, Jayne integrates various elements of corporate storytelling, executive communications, employee engagement, and customer advocacy. Previously, Jayne held multiple roles at Zuora from August 2016 to June 2021, including Senior Director of Marketing Communications and Director of Corporate Communications. From June 2010 to August 2016, Jayne was with Eastwick, where responsibilities ranged from Director to Senior Account Manager, focusing on global communications strategies and thought leadership campaigns across diverse industries. Earlier career stages included positions at UEGroup and significant roles at Eastwick beginning as an Account Coordinator and progressing to Senior Associate. Jayne holds a BS and BA in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
