Johanna Flower is the current Director at Freshworks, and has previously held positions at Netskope, Expel, Theta Lake, and Freshworks. Johanna was also the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at CrowdStrike from November 2014 to August 2020. During their time as CMO, they led all elements of global marketing, guiding the brand of CrowdStrike from an agile start-up to industry leader. Johanna also supported company growth from $12M to $800M in ARR, as well as supporting a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). Prior to their role at CrowdStrike, Johanna was the Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Raytheon|Websense from June 2000 to June 2014. Before that, they were the Group Product Manager for Internet Security at Nuvias Cyber Security from June 1999 to June 2000.
Johanna Flower completed a BA Hons in Business & Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Brighton. Johanna then went on to complete Executive Education: Women in Governance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
