Lisa Kwon

Lisa Kwon currently serves as VP Corporate Legal & Securities at Freshworks since February 2025. Prior to this role, Kwon was SVP, Deputy General Counsel at OneTrust from September 2022 to January 2025, and held multiple senior positions at Herbalife Nutrition from January 2019 to September 2022, including SVP, Securities, Corporate Governance, and Finance. Kwon's earlier experience includes being Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2013 to January 2019 and Acting General Counsel at eHarmony.com from January 2011 to January 2013. Kwon holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
