Siddhartha Agarwal

Siddhartha Agarwal serves as the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy & Operations at Freshworks, overseeing various aspects of product strategy across its portfolio in customer service, IT service management, and CRM. Agarwal contributes as a member of multiple advisory boards, including those for Aible, CloudEagle, and CapitalG, where expertise is applied in scaling portfolio companies and guiding product strategies. Previously, Agarwal held significant roles at Databricks, Google, and Oracle, driving product management and revenue growth. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Caltech and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Grinnell College.
