Marco Paulicelli

Marco Paulicelli is an experienced professional currently serving as Consigliere for the Gruppo Gomma Plastica at Confindustria Bergamo since April 2025. In addition, Marco holds the position of Plant General Manager at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since January 2020, where accountability for complete P&L management has led to consistent annual RoS growth through strategic initiatives and cost-saving measures. Marco has a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, having previously worked as Lean Manufacturing Manager, Lean Specialist, and Process Engineer at Freudenberg, where significant productivity improvements were achieved. Prior research experience includes work as an Industrial Researcher at Fraunhofer IPA and trainee roles at the University of Naples Federico II. Marco holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and multiple engineering degrees from prestigious institutions, complemented by a Lean Black Belt certification.
