Matthias Andres

Matthias Andres has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources Europe & RoW at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since October 2001. Additionally, Matthias holds multiple leadership positions, including Director of the Global HR Division for Dynamic Sealing and Member of the Board of Directors at Freudenberg FST GmbH, as well as Vice President of Human Resources D/A/CH and Member of the Board at DS Verwaltungs GmbH. His prior roles include Head of HR at Freudenberg Simmerringe GmbH & Co. KG and HR Manager at TÜV SÜD. Matthias's educational background includes a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim, an Executive Leadership Program from INSEAD, and a LEAN Black Belt certification from FST Academy.
