Ryan Fleming

Ryan Fleming is a highly experienced professional in materials science and laboratory operations, currently serving as the Director of Materials at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since February 2022. Previously, Ryan held multiple positions at Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies, including Americas MT Laboratory Operations Manager, Analytical Lab Manager, and Lab Administrator and Chemist. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Research Engineer at Ford Motor Company and as a Materials Research Technician at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies. Ryan's career began as a Product Development Technician at Metaldyne. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Science and Applied Technology from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Metallurgy and Materials Science from Schoolcraft College.
