Serena Bertorello

Serena Bertorello has accumulated diverse experience in customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since June 2021, Serena previously worked at ITT Motion Technologies as a Stagista in Customer Service, where responsibilities included managing customer orders and logistics using SAP, as well as conducting data analysis with Microsoft Excel. Early experience includes an internship at Best Quality Hotel Gran Mogol, focusing on customer reception and reservations, and a role as a waitress at La Colletta. Academically, Serena holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages for International Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistic Mediation from the Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by a High School Diploma in Foreign Languages from Liceo Linguistico Soleri-Bertoni.
