Marion Pascal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data analysis and strategic planning. Currently serving as Head of Data & Insight at freuds since August 2022, Marion is responsible for establishing the Data & Insight function and enhancing the data intelligence offerings. Prior roles include Operations Director at Group Think, where Marion empowers the next generation of planners, and Founder of Bridges International Limited, an intercultural consultancy dedicated to cultural intelligence and linguistic support. Marion has also contributed as Senior Associate at Blackbook London, Strategic Planner at EPSILON France, and interned at Proximity (BBDO) and Carré Noir (Publicis). Educational background includes a Marketing Week Mini MBA and a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from OMNES Education.
