Donna McPherson

Donna McPherson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Frida since September 2023, McPherson focuses on equipping parents with practical tools for the challenges of parenthood. Prior to this role, McPherson held several key positions, including Executive Director of SCJ New Ventures at SC Johnson, Vice President & General Manager at Greif, Inc., and President of North America at Cordstrap. McPherson's career at Kimberly-Clark spanned over 15 years, where significant roles included Vice President for Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and various leadership positions in sales and marketing. McPherson holds a Master of Science in Strategic Planning from Edinburgh Business School and degrees in Marketing and Communications from the University of Houston and Western Governors University.
