Joe Fletcher

Joe Fletcher currently serves as the Sr. Director of Sourcing at Frida, where responsibilities include overseeing the supply base, vendor management, and developing sourcing strategies while leading a team of six. Previously, Joe held the position of Procurement Leader for General Safety at Honeywell, managing an $330 million annual spend across 13 global sites and leading a team of over 80. Joe's career also includes roles such as Global Commodity Manager at Serta Simmons Bedding, Sr. Manager of Global Sourcing at Caterpillar Inc., and various engineering positions at Parker Hannifin. Joe holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.B.A. in Economics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
