Ganesh Sonawane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and business leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Frido since August 2015, Ganesh is responsible for new product development, building new product categories, mid to senior-level hiring, and scaling the direct-to-consumer business. Prior to this role, Ganesh worked as an R&D Assistant Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd from August 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included serving as a Steering Design Engineer for three-wheeler facelift projects, focusing on engineering design, on-field vehicle testing, validation, and enhancing straight-line stability in commercial vehicles. Ganesh holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, obtained in 2011, and a High School degree from SICES, completed in 2004.
