Brian Whisenhunt

Brian Whisenhunt, CSM, currently serves as the Managing Director of Commercial Property Management at Friedman Real Estate since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Director of Property Management at Dembs Development Inc. from March 2020 to December 2022, and previously served as Director of Property Management at Brixmor Property Group from February 2004 to March 2020. Brian earned a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, completing the program between 1992 and 1996.
