Ian Rice

Ian Rice is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Analyst at Friedman Real Estate since May 2021. Previously, Ian held the position of Brokerage Associate at Axis Advisors from September 2020 to April 2021 and served as Chapter President of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity from November 2018 to November 2019. Additional experience includes an internship in Corporate Capital Markets at CBRE from April 2019 to August 2019, a role as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from May 2018 to December 2018, and an Administrative Intern position at Quicken Loans from May 2017 to August 2017. Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Economics and Finance from Grand Valley State University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020, after graduating from Birmingham Groves High School in 2016.
