Tim Gilbertsen

Tim Gilbertsen, RPA, currently serves as Director of Property Management at Friedman Properties since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President at Stream Realty Partners from February 2021 to December 2023, overseeing property management leadership for the Stream Chicago portfolio and addressing various client needs. Tim's experience also includes serving as General Manager and Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where responsibilities included managing a 430,000 square foot Class A commercial building and a 1.5 million square foot commercial property. Earlier roles included Assistant Property Manager at Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Senior Construction Project Manager at Beusterien Builders Inc., and Department Supervisor for Contractor Sales at The Home Depot. Tim holds a Master’s degree from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from DePaul University.
