Rusty Pritchard is an experienced professional in environmental policy and church engagement, currently serving as the Director of Faith Integration Strategy and Integrated Strategy Advisor at Friends of Refugees since June 2022. Previously, Rusty held various roles at Tearfund, including Vice President and Director of Church Engagement for Tearfund USA, establishing it as part of the Tearfund global family. With a background in nonprofit leadership as co-founder and president of Creation Care, Inc., Rusty has significant expertise in environmental education and outreach, having worked with organizations such as the National Wildlife Federation and the Evangelical Environmental Network. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Zoology and a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Florida, complemented by coursework at Duke University and the University of Glasgow.

Our unique wrap-around programming empowers New Americans to seize opportunities while bringing them into relationships that help them flourish.
