Ted Burke

Ted Burke is an experienced campaign organizer and educator with a strong background in environmental activism and digital communication. Currently serving as the London Regional Campaign Organiser and Campaigns Officer at Friends of the Earth since May 2012, Ted manages the Low Carbon Network project, focusing on engaging low-carbon businesses through social media and web content. Previous roles include Local Group Coordinator for Lewisham Friends of the Earth and Digital Communications Consultant for the World Development Movement, where Ted supported communication strategies aimed at fundraising and activism. With a PGCE in Primary Education from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BA Hons in English Language and Literature from the University of Liverpool, Ted brings valuable skills in teaching and community engagement to environmental initiatives.
