Currently serving as a Financial Controller at FRISTA since February 2021, Monika previously held the position of Controlling Specialist at Valeo Service Eastern Europe, where responsibilities included monthly reporting, budgeting, and cross-departmental support. Prior experience as a Controlling Employee at Remondis Polska involved extensive financial reporting, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations, alongside collaboration with both German headquarters and local branches. Monika's early career includes internships at Neckermann Polska Biuro Podróży, the Royal Bank of Scotland, and TALLY WEiJL. Monika holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the same institution, complemented by education at Rennes School of Business.
