Robert Balinski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and the film industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at FRISTA since December 2020, Robert possesses expertise in recruitment with proficiency in German and French. Previously, at the Polish Film Institute from July 2008 to January 2020, Robert held multiple roles including Senior Data Analyst and Head of the International Relations Department, where responsibilities included developing promotional strategies for international film events, overseeing significant budgets, and managing a team. Additionally, Robert contributed as Project Manager for International Co-productions and served as a Polish delegate to Eurimages. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
