Teri Wells

Teri Wells has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management Services at Froedtert Health since May 2009. Previously, Teri held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Phlebotomy Services at Dynacare Laboratories and Manager of Quality for Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories. Teri effectively managed large teams and substantial budgets, focusing on productivity standards and quality measures across various departments. Teri's career began at Aurora Health Care - ACL, where Teri progressed from Lead Phlebotomist to Support Services Supervisor, demonstrating strong skills in employee engagement and process improvement. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
